Shipping policy
- We offer free 2nd class postage on all stamps and embossers within the UK
- If you order does not arrive within 14 days please let us know so we can check the details.
- Any missing orders must be reported within 30 days
- If your address is supplied wrong and your order gets returned to us, we can only refund the price of the product and not the postage, if you order a custom/personalised item then we can't refund, but you can pay to get it re-sent.
